No Returns or Exchanges on Custom Items:
As our custom and made-to-order products are specifically crafted according to your individual specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items. This policy ensures that you receive items that have been meticulously designed to match your vision and requirements.
Quality Assurance:
We dedicate careful attention to crafting each custom product with precision and meticulous attention to detail. Prior to shipment, your items undergo comprehensive quality checks, assuring that they align with our elevated standards.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a custom item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will promptly address the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may or may NOT include a replacement, as applicable. Client is responsible for return shipping to our warehouse.
Cancellation of Custom Orders:
If you wish to cancel a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of production, cancellations may be accepted within 7 business days. However, if production has already commenced, a cancellation fee will apply.
Non-Custom Items:
For non-custom items, we offer a separate return policy. Please refer to our general return policy for information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds for these items.
