- Special Order/Custom Items:
Delivery times for special order and custom items will be provided during the ordering process, as they can vary widely based on the item and production requirements. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 7-21 days depending on where in the world we are shipping.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track the status of your shipment.
- For in-stock items, tracking information is usually available within 24-48 hours after your order is processed. For special order/custom items, tracking information will be provided as soon as the item is ready for shipment.
Split Shipments
- If your order includes a mix of in-stock items and special order/custom items, we may choose to ship them separately to ensure you receive your in-stock items as quickly as possible. You will be notified via email if your order will be split into multiple shipments.
Shipping Restrictions
- Batteries cannot be shipped outside of the origin warehouse. We will notify you if this is the case.
Order Changes and Cancellations
- For in-stock items, changes or cancellations to your order can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
- For special order and custom items, changes or cancellations may be possible within a limited timeframe after placing your order, depending on the production status. Please reach out to our team for further guidance.
Duties & Taxes
- EventSource.us cannot assume responsibility for any supplementary import taxes, charges, or penalties linked to your order. Regrettably, these expenses, governed by your home country's regulations, fall beyond our jurisdiction.
Shipping Delays
